Since the resort is spread between the main resort area and the beach club, it made everything feel effortless and added to the relaxed atmosphere of the trip.

The villa itself felt calm, airy, and beautifully designed without trying too hard! It was the perfect home base for our four night stay.

Dining at Eden Roc Cap Cana

Food is always a huge part of how I experience a destination, and the dining at Eden Roc was genuinely one of the highlights of our stay!

The property has four restaurants and two bars, including a beach bar, so there’s a really nice variety depending on the mood you’re in. Over the course of our stay, we made it a point to experience all of the restaurants on property, and each one felt distinct while still maintaining that elevated feel the resort does so well.

One of my favorite parts of the experience was how seamless everything felt. Poolside drinks, beachside lunches, slower dinners in the evening… every meal felt intentional without being overly complicated or stuffy.

What We Loved Most About Our Stay

Honestly, this trip was exactly what we needed!  Our days were slow and simple but in a good way. We enjoyed morning coffee, long pool afternoons, ocean swims, incredible dinners, and nowhere we urgently needed to be. The weather was absolutely perfect during our stay, which made it even easier to fully relax and enjoy the property.

One thing that really stood out to me was how peaceful the resort felt. Even at the pool or beach, it never felt crowded or chaotic. The service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, which is something luxury hotels don’t always get right.
